We are happy today in your Novo Mesto city. And we heard that you have performed the independence day celebration. And in this independence day celebration we brought tons of blessings to the people of Slovenia. And may Lord Krishna bless you. All of you may be happy. And we have brought very good news on this day of rejoicement. That is the transcendental sound. The nectar. If you hear of the nectar, if you repeat the nectar, if you remember the nectar you will become eternal. You will become a devotee of extraordinary qualities. And you will be happy eternally. You will never suffer. Now, this is the world of suffering. We are all present in this prison. The world is a prison of suffering. Who will be sent to prison? Those who do any crime. They were sent to prison to suffer. So in this world we have come to suffer. We are suffering. Because we have got three sources of afflictions. One is adhyatmika, second is adhibhautika, and the third is adhidaivika. That is, physically we have got number of diseases. Daily we are suffering from physical sufferings and mental sufferings. Mentally these that we want repeatedly not available. Then my mind will be disturbed. Mind will suffer. And which the mind doesn't like if it comes nearer then the mind will suffer. This is called adhyatmika suffering. And the second one is we are suffering through the people of this universe, of the universe, and the beasts and birds and animals or any poisonous insect we suffer. And the third suffering is no rain, excessive rain and always we suffer due to wars, due to suffering of humanity and all the beasts and birds. Due to congregational suffering we are unhappy.

Now, if we want to be happy eternally, we have to repeat in Kali yuga. It is the age of wrangling. There are 4 yugas. One is Krita yuga, Satya yuga and 2nd is Treta yuga, 3rd is Dvapara yuga and the 4th is Kali yuga. This is Kali yuga. Here people are not pure. Their minds are not clear. They are suffering physically, mentally and socially, financially they are suffering. And without suffering, if we want a permanent region wherefrom we need not come back to this world of suffering. It is called the heaven, Vaikuntha. In Bhagavad Gita taught by Sri Krishna to Arjuna.

"Arjuna this world is full of suffering and one who surrenders to me, he will be free from suffering."

It is told in sanskrit:

daivi hy esa guna-mayi
mama maya duratyaya
mam eva ye prapadyante
mayam etam taranti te

This world is full of suffering due to the deluding potency maya.

"It is my potency"

And that potency deprives all of us to find this nectarian force. To cultivate nectarian force. It deprives of it. So we are born, we take birth, we die.

punar api jananam
punar api maranam

Again and again we take birth. Again and again we die. So again and again we enter into the womb of mother. And so we are not happy. As long as we are unhappy. We never try even how to achieve happiness. It is told if we surrender to the Supreme Lord Krishna, he is the Supreme Lord, and we surrender to him, then he will save us from suffering. He will save us. And how to surrender? Surrender is easy.

"Oh Lord. You are the master of the universe. You are the creator of this universe. You are the protector of the universe. You are the savior of the universe."

Not only human beings. Even the birds, even the beasts, even the insects. Those who are under water. Those who are in the air, ether, and those who are on life from this earth or this earth. All are suffering. None in this world of suffering, none can say that I am happy. I am without suffering. Any of you? Can you declare that I am happy? Any of you? Is there anybody in this world who is a happy warrior? Who can say that I am happy warrior? Wars were, will return. Who is the happy warrior? Who is he? Who is that happy warrior? One who can enjoy the happiness, he should be a devotee. He should be a surrendered soul. Because if we surrender, definitely Krishna will protect us. In Gita the Lord says:

sarva dharman parityajya
mam ekam saranam vraja

Give up all your religions and directly come to me, surrender to me. And you will be free from all the sins you have committed. Why we are suffering? Because we have done such deeds in our past lives. The results of those deeds we now suffer in this life. It is called prarabdha karma. And here in this life till our death we will follow the dictations of our past life, the results of past life. Now if we want to destroy our prarabdha we cannot destroy. We have to suffer. Even the great saint, even the great yogi, even the great, the charity or donators, donators, they are also suffering. But if one

yad-brahma-saksat-krti-nisthayapi, vinasam ayati vina na bhogaih apaiti nama!
sphuranena tat te, prarabdha-karmeti virauti vedah

A person who surrenders to the Lord's, the Divine name, and repeats that name often and often, then he can able to conquer the prarabdha. He should not undergo prarabdha. There will be no prarabdha for him. Because he has surrendered. The moment he surrenders and repeats the namam then he will be free from suffering. Suffering eternally. Not for the present only. Eternally he will be free from the suffering. And he will go to a place wherefrom he need not come back.

yad gatva na nivartante
tad dhama paramam mama

If you reach that stage once you need not fall down. We have, we have fallen. We are falling down on this earth. This earth is transitory. It is moving. It is moving. Everything is moving. Culture is moving. Seasons moving. Day and night moving. And suffering and enjoyment moving. Everything. Nothing is steady. You see, the buildings, and the nations and their governments and the parties. They are moving, they are changing. The definition of the world is:

vasotithi(?) jagat

It is moving. You are all moving. Relatively you say I am sitting. But actually you are moving. You are sitting on the earth. The earth is moving around the sun. Earth moving. Not sitting. ... moving. When you sit in airplane, it is running hundred, thousands kilometers an hour and you are also running. But if anybody says: "Wherfrom you have come?" "I have come from India." "How could you come?" "By aeroplane." By sitting? Not walking or running. By sitting. Relatively. Because the place where you sit, it is aeroplane and it carries you. It flies the speed of thousands kilometers an hour. You are sitting. You are talking. And after six hours you come here. The aeroplane brought you to Rome. Like this. If we can realise that this moving world. The world is moving. You see all our cultures are moving. Our forefathers, their ways of life, their activities we don't have now. Though we break our heads we cannot have it. Because it is changing. Everything is changing. In this changing world nothing can be stabilised. Nothing. None can stabilize anything. Only whatever we say, whatever we act, it is momentary. After sometime it may be changed. It may be changed, not only, it is liable to be changed. So in this changing world what is real? The real? Real only is atma. The oversoul atma, paramatma and jivatma is atomicaly. They have to have the uplink with the Lord just like the atom rays of the Sun have got the link with the Sun. Unless there will be Sun there will be no atomic rays. Rays atomically inumerable. But the Sun is one. So the Lord Krishna is one the superior Lord and we are his atomic rays, like jivatmas. We are called jivatma. jiva. We are many, many. We cannot count how many. We cannot count. You cannot count the stars. Can you count the stars? And you cannot count how many jivas are there. Innumerable. Only you can say that no number. So, these jivas. There are two sets of jivas. One set is free form the bondage and one set is under the influence of bondage. They are called mukta jivas and these are called baddha-jivas. They are tied. We are tied by triguna. Triguna means sattva, raja and tamo guna. These are great three, three combined ropes. These ropes tie us all. Animate, inanimate, all the lives are controlled by triguna. You see the trees of different size. In various places we never find what is in east we never find in west. The western culture and eastern culture differ. The all trees, various trees we see. Those trees that are available in India, in eastern countries, that is not available in western countries. The fruits, different types of fruits available in eastern countries in western countries you never find. So the culture also we find different. Yet, one can unite us all. What is that? Our soul is one. That soul has got the pleasure, can attain that pleasure, can attain its own self, can know its own self through the blessings of a realised soul. The blessings of a realised soul. Of a pure soul. Of a mahatma. Or a Guru. Or a realised preacher. He is the beloved Lord's pure servant. And now he can lift us, give us a lift. And if we follow that lift then we can easily reach that domain. now we must reach. How? Now we must surrender first to the spiritual master who speak of this spirit. That spirit we can not visualize, we cannot see, we cannot hear, we cannot attain, we cannot touch. These five senses we have through which we gather knowledge. They are not free. They are all limited. Through these limited senses we cannot understand, by seeing, by hearing, by smelling, by tasting or by touching. These are the five elements and through those five elements which cannot be understood, which cannot be realised, which cannot be tasted, which cannot be seen, which cannot be smelled, which cannot be touched. Then you talk a subject only when your senses are in contact with that. But our senses are unfit. they are limited senses. They cannot say about unlimited. What is that unlimited? Limited is ..., compare it with the horison. Or ether. The ether is unlimited. So also that truth. That truth we have to realise. We can realise it with the advise of our spiritual master if we surrender to him. If we accept him as our guide and if he shows the way to approach the Supreme Lord, then we can follow it.

And now Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who appeared in Bengal five hundred years back. He travelled throughout India and propagated and delivered all the souls by repeating the nama of Krishna, the name of Krishna. What is that name of krishna? It is a maha-mantra. It is called:

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare

The sixteen names. It is called maha-mantra. If we completely surrender to the Lord and follow the rules and regulations. We must become vegetarian and we repeat constantly the Divine Name then we will definitely become pure. Our eyesight, our tongue, our skin or ears and the nose. They all will be purified. And this, after purification they will be able to realise that Absolute Truth. So to realise the Absolute Truth is once we surrender. Truth cannot be revealed to one who doesn't surrender. It has got the absolute right for not being exposed to the human senses. He may be a great scholar. He may be a great scientist. He may be phisically strong. Mentally strong. And intelectually strong. And he may have wealth. He may have so many qualifications which can make a man worldly great. But he cannot understand it. One when he surrenders to the authority then the Lord who has the supreme power. That supreme power will deliver the power to the devotees. And if the devotees help us then we can able to understand about the truth, Absolute Truth.

yasmin vijnate sarvam evam vijnatam bhavati yasmin prapte sarvam idam praptam bhavati

Now if we know that, if we know that Absolute One, Absolute Truth we can know the whole science, the whole science regarding this world or other worlds and he is the best ... to be called, in this world. So that, if we want to know that, we then we have to repeat the Divine name often and often. Divine name will purify you. We have got number of sins. Our heart is not pure. We are following our past dictations, the past karma. The result of past karma now we are following. Though we know the truth, but our past karma. If he helps us then we can follow it. If he reject us then we cannot follow it. Though he knows that truth, yet it depends upon the blessings of the Lord. If the Lord blesses you then you can have the faith. The Lord must bless you. That faith, the strong faith, that strong faith can be achieved only through the unconditional surrender to the Lord and the causeless mercy of the Lord. If the Lord wants to test, I have no such qualifications. But I can achieve. Only the Lord must bless me and give me sufficient faith. The required faith also he must give me. He must be give me. And then only I can practice. I can repeat the namam. Without his blessings I can not. Then he may ask:

"What is the qualification you have got?"

Then I must say the truth. "I have no qualifications. I am quality less. I have no qualifications." But:

bicarite abahi, guna nahi paobi, krpa karo, chorato bicara

If you test me I have no qualities. Which is, which quality can make me approach you? No qualities. I do not know that, everything. I am ignorant. I am ignorant. Now I am helpless. As the mother looks after the helpless child. The child itself cannot resist. The child itself cannot clean his body. And it cannot do any service to this body. Though it has got limbs, it has got hands. Then if ... it cannot .... If pass urine, he cannot clean the cloth. He pass dung he cannot do it. Others must help. The mother must help. The mother serves the child because child has no other. Helpless. It is helpless. Nobody will help it. I must help. the mother accepts him, that child as the helpless, so she is always .. to help. So the Lord also. We are the human beings. In the form of a human being. He will come to my help if I surrender. (33:20 stao)
